Job summary

JLL is seeking a Secured Environments Senior Project Manager to lead delivery on secured environment projects meeting ICD-705/TEMPEST requirements. You will support capital planning, manage multiple complex projects, and partner with clients to define scope and drive cost savings.

The role requires strong financial acumen, scheduling, and relationship management, with travel across US/Canada and hybrid work expectations.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of practical experience in construction project management.
• 3-5 years working with secured environment projects meeting ICD-705/TEMPEST requirements.
• Experience leading and running numerous projects simultaneously.
• Ability to read commercial leases and support lease review processes.
• Flexibility with travel (US and/or Canada) and hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project management delivery on secured environment projects.
• Develop and manage capital plans, budgets, and schedules across multiple projects.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure ICD-705/TEMPEST compliance.
• Lead risk management, cost control, and value engineering initiatives.
• Maintain strong client relationships and report on KPIs and progress.
