Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in the United States seeks a Secured Environments Senior Project Manager to lead complex capital projects, specialize in ICD-705/TEMPEST compliance, and drive strategic value for clients.

You will coordinate consultants, contractors, and vendors, develop budgets, supervise on-site work, monitor KPIs, and maintain strong client relationships while delivering secure, high‑quality environments on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7–10 years construction project management experience.
• 3–5 years working with secured environment projects meeting ICD-705/TEMPEST requirements.
• Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong accounting/financial reporting and budgeting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage capital plans and project scope definitions.
• Create detailed budgets including hard/soft costs and value engineering.
• Provide budgeting, scheduling, design team and contractor management across project phases.
• Assemble teams of consultants and contractors and monitor performance.
• Track KPIs and data metrics to drive cost savings.
• Maintain client relationships and manage risk and financials.
• Ensure on-site supervision and compliance with ICD-705/TEMPEST.
