Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an experienced Secure Environments SPM to lead the delivery of complex construction projects for the account. You will oversee budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and on-site supervision in a hybrid/onsite capacity.

The role requires 7–10 years in construction project management, knowledge of TEMPEST/ICD-705, and strong client relationships.

Qualificações

• 7–10 years of practical experience in construction project management.
• Experience with secured environment projects meeting ICD-705 / TEMPEST requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting knowledge.
• Experience with landlords, developers and institutional owners.

Responsabilidades

• Lead overall project management delivery on the account.
• Support Client with Capital Plan development and project scope.
• Develop project budgets including hard and soft costs and construction cost/benefit analysis.
• Provide on-site supervision to ensure project performance criteria.
• Build and manage teams of consultants and contractors.
• Maintain client relationships and resolve conflicts.
• Monitor KPIs and track data metrics.
• Negotiate with vendors and perform value engineering when possible.
