Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a seasoned Senior Project Manager for Secure Environments in the United States. You will oversee overall project delivery, support clients with capital plan development, build and manage project budgets, and lead teams across consultants and contractors to achieve cost savings and KPI targets.

You will use PDS technology for project work, manage risk, and maintain strong client relationships while coordinating across multiple locations in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of practical experience in construction project management preferred.
• 3-5 years working with secured environment projects meeting ICD-705 / TEMPEST requirements.
• Experience leading and running numerous projects simultaneously.
• Ability to develop and cultivate business relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, scheduling and process as they relate to corporate real estate.
• Experience working with landlords, developers and institutional owners.
• Ability to read design development and construction documents.
