Ladders is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead complex retail construction and renovation programs across multiple sites. Remote in the US, with travel up to 50%, you will partner with client stakeholders and internal teams to align expectations and keep programs on schedule and within budget.

This role establishes program best practices and drives cross-project coordination. The ideal candidate has 7–12 years of construction management, strong MS Office skills, and exceptional communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 7–12 years of construction management experience.
• Retail, multi-site, fast-paced construction experience essential.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Travel ~50% and flexible hours.
• Strong analytical skills to manage priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team lead and client to establish program best practices.
• Oversee renovations and monitor new store deliveries by team members.
• Engage clients early in the design process to align expectations.
• Manage orders and tracking of owner-supplied materials.
• Control project schedules and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Maintain accurate financial tracking through an anticipated costs report.
• Lead weekly program calls for all active projects.
