Ladders is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead complex retail construction and renovation programs across multiple sites. Remote in the US, with travel up to 50%, you will partner with client stakeholders and internal teams to align expectations and keep programs on schedule and within budget.

This role establishes program best practices and drives cross-project coordination. The ideal candidate has 7–12 years of construction management, strong MS Office skills, and exceptional communication

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will oversee complex retail construction and renovation programs in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. The Sr. Project Manager will partner closely with client stakeholders and internal team members to align expectations, drive execution, and keep projects moving on schedule and within financial targets. This position also plays a key role in establishing program best practices and ensuring strong coordination across active projects.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $135,000 – $170,000 annually
