Job summary

LI Group is a project management firm specializing in large-scale rollouts, new store construction, and remodels. The Project Manager role will own projects from bidding through closeout, coordinating subcontractors, installers, vendors, and materials to ensure on-time delivery and on-budget results.

You will report to the Director of Construction and interact with leadership daily. This role requires strong PM skills, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in construction project management, retail or large-scale rollouts.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary client contact; provide updates and manage expectations.
• Develop detailed construction schedules with milestones and deliverables.
• Define scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Prepare bids and proposals for executive review.
• Create project plans and manage execution to on-time delivery.
• Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors; manage resources.
• Manage budgets and ensure alignment with contracts and targets.
• Review vendor invoices and monitor costs and profitability.
• Provide daily leadership and guidance to project teams.
• Travel to job sites as needed to support execution.
