Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking an experienced construction program manager to lead multi-site retail renovations and new store delivery. You will work with the team lead and client to implement best practices, manage schedules, and track costs across projects.

The role requires 7–12 years in fast-paced retail construction, strong MS Office skills, and flexibility for travel. You will engage clients early in design, mentor staff, and ensure aligned delivery across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field required.
• Minimum 7-12 years of relevant work experience.
• Deep retail, multi-site, fast paced construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with team lead and client for program best practices and delivery.
• Deliver renovations and monitor the delivery of new stores by other team members.
• Engage the client early on in the design process
• Manage Owner Supplied Material orders and tracking
• Control the project schedule and align all stakeholders
• Maintain an Anticipated Costs Report with accurate and up-to-date project financial tracking
• Lead weekly program calls for all active projects
• Mentor JLL and client employees to support a unified delivery process
• Use good judgement to adjust course when necessary to accommodate specific stakeholder practices
