Job summary

Form Health is a fully remote obesity medicine clinic delivering physician-led, evidence-based care nationwide. The Care Delivery team builds tools for prescribing, prior authorizations, and daily workflows, with AI enhancements to supercharge clinical operations.

We seek a PM with 5+ years building enterprise experiences, strong API fluency, and a proactive owner mindset to shape product strategy and drive end-to-end rollout in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building enterprise experiences with complex workflows.
• Comfortable diving into technical problems — APIs, workflows spanning homegrown and third-party systems.
• Clear communicator cross-functionally in a remote-first environment.
• Fluent in using AI as part of your PM craft and curious about responsible augmentation of clinical ops.
• Proactive ownership over your area of responsibility with accountability and execution focus.
• Excited to make compassionate, evidence-based healthcare accessible in a regulated, high-stakes domain.

Responsibilities

• Understand clinical and business needs and identify jobs-to-be-done using research and feedback.
• Own care delivery capabilities end-to-end — prescribing, prior authorizations, virtual visit workflows.
• Triage and prioritize product requests with clinical leadership while balancing roadmap priorities.
• Translate needs into clear product requirements, including user stories and specs.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and clinical teams to ship tools.
• Track program metrics and report progress to leadership.
• Facilitate sprint planning, standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Roll out new features with change management, communications, and training.
• Identify AI/automation opportunities to reduce burden and work with engineering to ship.
