Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management, preferably in healthcare technology or another complex, regulated field.
• Strong execution skills, with the ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver results independently.
• Solid data instincts, including the ability to define metrics and communicate findings to diverse audiences.
• Comfort with technical and clinical complexity, with a willingness to learn FHIR and EHR workflows.
• Genuine care for providers and members, with user needs informing decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions; fluency with AI and a desire to integrate it into product development.
