Motion Recruitment Partners seeks a Senior Product Manager to shape a new, enterprise-grade learning and workforce development platform for healthcare. This fully remote, high-growth role offers ownership and executive visibility in AI-driven product experiences targeting hospitals and clinics.
You will drive AI-enabled features, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver a scalable B2B SaaS product with strong data analytics.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of Product Management experience.
- Experience leading software products through the full product lifecycle.
- Strong B2B SaaS product management background.
- Experience supporting or launching AI-powered features or products.
- Ability to collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile development processes.
- SQL proficiency and comfort working with data.
- Strong customer discovery and product research capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
