Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead design-build and EPC projects, overseeing engineering, procurement, and construction teams. This role includes managing contracts, schedules, and performance, with travel up to 50% as needed.

The candidate will supervise onsite and offsite project managers, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent field.
• 10+ years’ experience in Construction Project Management, with direct DB/EPC projects in power delivery preferred.
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment for transmission, distribution, and substation work.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated DB/EPC teams from inception to completion, including pursuit phase if requested.
• Direct engineering design, procurement, scheduling, and construction activities.
• Manage prime contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders; oversee safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Develop and monitor project performance, communicate with customers, and ensure milestones are met.
• Supervise Project Managers and coordinate with Construction Managers and site safety reps.
• Prepare progress, budget forecasts, and schedule management reports; closeout and warranty administration.
