Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG), a Quanta Services, Inc. company, seeks a Project Manager to lead design-build/engineering-procure-construct projects in the energy sector.

You will oversee engineering, procurement, scheduling, and construction management teams, ensuring compliance with contracts and safety standards. The role requires supervising field operations, coordinating with subcontractors, and directing efforts from project inception to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent field; equivalent work experience or combination may be substituted
• 5+ years’ experience in Construction Project Management with DB/EPC projects in power delivery preferred
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment used in transmission, distribution, and substation work

Responsibilities

• Manages integrated DB/EPC teams from project inception through completion
• Coordinates intermediate and final engineering design and construction activities
• Administers prime contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders
• Ensures safety, quality, and environmental stewardship goals are met
• Plans and reports on overall project performance
• Coordinates with customer to ensure effective communication and satisfaction
• Oversees project schedules, budgets, and procurement activities
• Trains and mentors junior staff
• Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures
