Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC is seeking a Project Manager II to lead complex design-build/engineer-procure-construct projects. You will oversee prime contracts, engineering, procurement, scheduling, and construction management teams from inception to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction at the jobsite.

You will manage subcontractor and supplier relationships, develop schedules, monitor progress, and coordinate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent field.
• 8+ years' experience in Construction Project Management, with DB/EPC projects in the power delivery industry preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment used in transmission, distribution, and substation work.
• Familiarity with estimating, scheduling, and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manages integrated DB/EPC teams from inception through completion, including pursuit phase if requested.
• Provides direction for intermediate and final engineering design and construction activities.
• Manages prime contract, construction subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Ensures safety, quality, and environmental stewardship meet customer goals.
• Plans, executes, and reports on overall project performance.
• Coordinates with customer to ensure communication and satisfaction at the jobsite.
• Oversees procurement status and change management.
• Develops project schedules and value engineering opportunities.
• Monitors progress of design, engineering, and construction activities.
• Submits progress payments and manages subcontractor/submittals.
