Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead design-build/engineer-procure-construct projects, directing engineering, procurement, scheduling, and construction management teams on large power delivery projects. This role oversees contracts, safety, and QC/QA programs, ensuring alignment with client goals and schedules.

The Sr. PM will supervise field operations, manage subcontracts and purchase orders, and provide leadership to Project Managers and site

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent field.
• 10+ years’ experience in Construction Project Management, with direct DB/EPC projects in the power delivery industry preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment used in transmission, distribution, and substation work.
• Proficiency in engineering, design, construction contracting methodologies, scheduling, bidding, procurement, and prime contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Manages integrated DB/EPC teams from project inception through completion.
• Directs intermediate and final engineering design and construction activities.
• Manages prime contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Ensures safety, quality, and environmental goals are met.
• Plans, executes, and reports on project performance and progress.
• Coordinates with customer to ensure communication and satisfaction.
• Oversees changes to contracts and value engineering.
• Trains and mentors junior staff.
