Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) seeks a Sr. Project Manager to lead design-build/engineer-procure-construct projects.

You will supervise engineering, procurement, scheduling, and construction teams, manage prime contracts and subcontracts, and ensure safety, quality, and performance across sites. The role requires extensive DB/EPC experience in the power delivery sector, strong leadership, and effective communication with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent field.
• 10+ years’ experience in Construction Project Management, with direct DB/EPC projects in the power delivery industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated DB/EPC teams from project inception through completion, including pursuit phase if requested.
• Coordinate engineering design, procurement, scheduling, and construction management activities.
• Oversee prime contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders; manage changes and invoicing.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental goals are met across projects.
• Develop and report on project performance, budgets, and schedules.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure clear communication and satisfaction.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with field teams on site.
• Travel up to 50% as project needs require.
