Job summary

Relativity in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Automation Services and Infrastructure, overseeing platform capabilities powering RelativityOne. This role spans automation, security primitives, cloud-native infrastructure, and AI-enabled extensibility within a governed operational foundation.

The candidate will own the roadmap, drive structured discovery, and collaborate with engineering, security, and partner teams to deliver resilient, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years in software product management across multiple lifecycle stages.
• Ability to define scope under uncertainty and ship with customers in hand.
• Experience with developer- or platform-facing products (APIs, SDKs, security primitives, or cloud infra).
• Hands-on cloud platform experience (Azure preferred) and AI-enabled platform patterns.
• Data-driven with metrics to guide goals and monitor product health.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Active user of AI tools to prototype and synthesize research insights.
• Mentor junior PMs and influence without formal reporting lines.

Responsibilities

• Define product direction, establish health indicators, and partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable platform solutions.
• Own the roadmap and backlog; sequence work by customer impact and dependencies.
• Conduct structured discovery with developers, engineering teams, and ISVs to surface issues and validate concepts.
• Make hard scope calls on what ships this quarter vs future bets, and document reasoning clearly.
• Maintain velocity while upholding quality through the platform to support adoption at scale.
• Balance discovery vs adoption, applying the right model for the product phase.
