Job summary

LegalShield is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the post-paywall member journey across onboarding, activation, cross-sell, bundling, and offboarding. You will partner with engineering, lifecycle marketing, data, design, finance, and provider services to drive improvements and revenue.

You will build and test end-to-end experiences, define metrics like cohort analysis and time-to-first-value, and lead a high-velocity experimentation program that ships measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of product management experience, with a consumer or self-serve subscription background.
• Track record shipping onboarding, activation, lifecycle-triggered, upsell or retention work with measurable results.
• Direct experience with D2C subscription products, digital growth funnels, onboarding and gamification at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and activation across all member products for the first six months.
• Map detailed journeys: initial setup, first value moment, habit formation, and discovery of additional services.
• Design in-product experiences guiding profiles, checklists, tooltips, progress indicators, and guidance.
• Drive revenue through re-engagement, cross-sell, upsell, and product bundling; close leakage.
• Own offboarding experience and the account surface; run high-velocity experimentation and measure outcomes.
