Job summary

Clio is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Onboarding and Activation, to own the 120‑day onboarding journey across Manage, Grow, Payments, Work, and Accounting. This remote‑first role supports U.S.

and Canada regions, with in‑office expectations for hubs in Burnaby, Calgary, and Toronto where applicable. You will design onboarding experiences, activation metrics, and in‑product guidance; build internal tooling for onboarding specialists and migrations; partner with CS and multiple product teams

Qualifications

• You have built onboarding systems end-to-end for a B2B SaaS product.
• You define activation metrics from scratch and track them with cohort analysis.
• You influence multiple product teams to ship onboarding improvements without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the full onboarding and activation experience for the 120‑day journey across Clio products.
• Define activation criteria for each product and customer segment.
• Build or drive instrumentation to monitor cohort analysis, time-to-first-value, and milestone completion rates.
• Develop internal tooling for Onboarding Specialists and Data Migration teams to speed setup and migration workflows.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and product teams to ensure a cohesive onboarding experience across Manage, Work, Grow, Payments, and Accounting.
