Job summary

PPLSI is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the post-paywall member journey, including onboarding, activation, cross-sell, upsell, bundling, and offboarding experiences. You will identify revenue leaks and work with lifecycle marketing to close them, partnering with engineering, data, and design to build data-driven solutions.

You will lead a high-velocity experimentation program, define activation and retention metrics, and mentor other PMs.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of product management experience in consumer or self-serve subscription products.
• Proven track record shipping onboarding, activation, lifecycle-triggered, upsell, cross-sell or retention product work.
• Hands-on experience owning onboarding/activation/early lifecycle products with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and activation from day one through six months for all member products.
• Map member journeys including setup, first value moment, habit formation, and discovery of additional services.
• Design in-product experiences guiding profiles, checklists, tooltips, and progress indicators.
