Job summary

Félix in the U.S. is seeking a Senior PM Multiproduct Experience Enablement to own the internal Flow Platform and drive enablement for domain teams across Felix.

You will partner with CX, Engineering, Compliance, and Support to build scalable, automated capabilities and governance for multi-product conversations. Qualifications

• Strong technical product-management background with engineering collaboration.
• Experience with API products and developer platforms.
• Ability to design reusable primitives and self-service capabilities.
• Cross-functional leadership across multiple teams.
• Advanced English level.

Responsibilities

• Own the self-service Flow Platform: agent and flow configuration, shared primitives, admin tooling, catalogs, versioning, launch gates, rollout, and rollback.
• Own domain-team enablement from intake and onboarding through migration, launch, and continuous improvement; convert recurring needs into reusable capabilities.
• Own flow-level testing, evaluation, and experimentation requirements, including the simulator, standard scenarios, launch criteria, and success metrics.
• Serve as end-to-end product POC with CX Platform and Support for human handoff, including context, transfer and cancellation, Ninja reclaim, return to automation, and SLAs.
• Operationalize experience, safety, localization, Compliance, and proactive-flow standards through platform tooling and launch processes.
