Job summary

Félix in New York is seeking a Senior PM Multiproduct Experience Enablement to own the internal platform enabling domain teams to build, launch, and operate intelligent product conversations. You will lead the self-service Flow Platform and partner with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and CX to turn recurring needs into scalable, automated capabilities in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Strong technical product-management background with engineering collaboration experience.
• Experience with API products, developer platforms, internal tools, and workflow systems.
• Ability to understand system architecture, service boundaries, data flows, and integration patterns.
• Experience defining reusable primitives, interfaces, governance and self-service capabilities.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across multiple teams including migrations and change management.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks, observability, release management, experimentation, or AI evaluation is a plus.
• Advanced English level.

Responsibilities

• Own the self-service Flow Platform: agent and flow configuration, shared primitives, admin tooling, catalogs, versioning, launch gates, rollout, and rollback.
• Own domain-team enablement from intake to migration, launch, and continuous improvement; build reusable capabilities.
• Own flow-level testing, evaluation, and experimentation requirements, including the simulator and launch criteria.
• Serve as end-to-end product POC with CX Platform and Support for human handoff, including context and SLA management.
• Operationalize experience, safety, localization, Compliance, and proactive-flow standards through platform tooling.
