Job summary

Félix is seeking a hands-on, technically fluent Product Manager to build and scale our payments platform—the system that moves money from customer funding to settlement with banking partners. You will own the payments orchestration layer and real-time processing, while owning metrics like authorization rate and GMV.

The role requires strong cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, finance, fraud, and operations, plus a bias for action.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with a payments focus.
• Ability to work with engineering teams on API-based payments solutions and data pipelines.
• Deep understanding of payments ecosystem, authorization and settlement flows.
• Experience owning payment performance metrics and driving improvements.
• Strong ownership and bias toward action; hands-on collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define & execute payments product strategy and roadmap with a platform-first approach.
• Own the Payment Orchestrator, routing, and reconciliation across processors and banking partners.
• Perform data analysis and run SQL queries to validate hypotheses and improve conversion.
• Expand payment methods and integrations across cards, wallets, ACH, and other rails.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, and Operations to scale solutions.
• Coordinate with Fraud and BD on risk controls and partner negotiations.
• Communicate strategy and impact to executives and external partners.
