Job summary

Félix is seeking a highly hands-on and technical Product Manager to lead the building and scaling of our next-generation payments platform. You will own the payments orchestration layer, work closely with engineering, and drive key metrics such as authorization rate, cost per transaction, and GMV.

You'll combine platform-level strategic thinking with practical execution in a high-growth fintech environment, owning end-to-end product outcomes across processors, banking partners, and settlement

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on payments.
• Proven technical fluency and ability to work with engineering on API-based payments solutions.
• Deep understanding of payments ecosystem, including orchestration and settlements.
• Experience owning payment performance metrics and driving improvements.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the payments roadmap across processors, banking partners, and payment methods.
• Own the Payment Orchestrator and rules engine, balancing authorization rate and cost.
• Hands-on data analysis to validate hypotheses and improve conversion and authorization.
• Expand payment methods and integrations across cards, wallets, ACH, and other rails.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Fraud, and BD to scale solutions and partnerships.
