Job summary

Félix is building a consumer lending platform starting with Send Now, Pay Later and expanding to loans, cards, and more. We seek a Lead Product Manager to own the strategy for the lending infrastructure, including bank integrations, LMS, and underwriting architecture.

You will decide what becomes reusable versus bespoke, and partner with engineering and horizontal platform teams. You will begin as a strategic leader and grow a team under you as the platform scales, reporting to the Head of

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management with 3–4 years building or integrating reusable infrastructure components in regulated financial services.
• Experience building products from 0–1 and making architectural decisions in ambiguous environments.
• Demonstrated systems thinking and architectural judgment for scalable platforms.
• Direct experience owning build-vs-buy decisions for core financial infrastructure (LMS, bank integrations).

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year product strategy for Félix's lending platform, including bank integrations, LMS, and underwriting components.
• Make core architectural decisions about reusable capabilities vs. product-specific builds and manage trade-offs.
• Lead sponsor-bank integration layer strategy and expand partnerships to reduce concentration risk.
• Develop platform development processes and documentation standards for cross-team reuse.
• Oversee LMS and its integrations across servicing, ledger, payments, and bureau reporting.
• Collaborate with Credit Risk and Data Science to ensure reusable underwriting components.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, risk, compliance, and external partners.
• Represent Félix in technical and commercial discussions with banks and vendors.
• Establish planning, scoping, and documentation discipline to scale the lending platform.
