Job summary

Félix is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the strategy for the lending platform, including bank integrations, loan management, and underwriting components. You will define what becomes reusable versus product-specific and lead architectural decisions in collaboration with engineers and platform teams.

You will partner with risk, compliance, finance, and external banks to scale multi-product capabilities.

Qualifications

6+ years in product management with 3–4 years building or integrating reusable infrastructure in regulated financial services.
Experience building products from 0–1 and making architectural decisions with ambiguity.
Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own the multi-year product strategy for Félix's lending platform and define reusable capabilities vs. product-specific builds.
Make core architectural product decisions and balance cost, speed, and long-term maintainability.
Own the sponsor-bank integration layer and expand partnerships to new banks and lending infrastructure.
Develop platform development processes and documentation standards for reusable components.
Lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, risk, compliance, and external partners.
Represent Félix in technical and commercial conversations with banks and lending vendors.
