Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related discipline preferred.
• 6+ years experience in Project Management with a GC/CM firm; GC side preferred.
• Local subcontractor and vendor relationships in TN/Southeast markets.

Responsibilities

• Initiate construction from design and land acquisition through buyout, scheduling to CO/closeout.
• Coordinate with Site Management for seamless operations and problem solving.
• Develop new sub/vendor relationships and maintain existing trade-partner networks.
• Direct all aspects of each project from pre-con to close-out, ensuring safety, budget, and schedule.
• Collaborate with owners, management and staff to move projects from trees to keys on schedule.
• Manage 1-2 mid-rise apartment projects including garden-style and podium structures.
