Job summary

KingRecruitingServices seeks a Project Manager (or Assistant PM) for a respected Nashville-area general contractor specializing in multifamily and commercial projects. The role covers design-to-closeout, with a focus on staying within budget and schedule while fostering strong partner relationships.

The ideal candidate has a construction management degree and 6+ years of GC/CM PM experience, with established TN/Southeast connections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related discipline preferred.
• 6+ years experience in Project Management with a General Contractor/Construction Management firm.
• Local subcontractor and vendor relationships in the greater TN/Southeast markets.

Responsibilities

• Initiate construction from design and land acquisition through buyout, scheduling to close-out.
• Coordinate with Site Management for seamless operations and overcome challenges.
• Develop and maintain sub/vendor relationships in the local area.
