Job summary

Nesto Cloud is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a servicing substream within the Servicing stream. You’ll shape the vision, roadmap, and prioritization for borrower and agent experiences, working with engineering, operations, and compliance to deliver compliant, efficient mortgage servicing solutions.

You’ll leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and documentation, while collaborating across compliance, finance, and growth to drive product impact.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of hands‑on product management experience, ideally with mortgage servicing or lending operations.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end servicing functions and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with servicing platforms or loan management systems and translating needs into requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as a servicing SME for your substream and own the roadmap and prioritization.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and compliance to validate solutions.
• Refine backlogs and participate in release planning, UAT, and launch readiness.
• Create clear documentation of workflows, scenarios, and system behaviours.
• Provide go‑to expertise for issue triage and servicing excellence across lending products.
