Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC seeks a Senior Agent PM to own the end-to-end mortgage origination lifecycle, from point of sale through capital markets delivery. You will guide APIs, decisioning, capital, compliance, and UI components, leveraging applied AI to accelerate workflows.

You will challenge conventions, onboard and manage third-party integrations, and work closely with engineering, GTM, and account teams to deliver scalable, compliant loan products in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software product management or engineering.
• Experience building 0-1 enterprise software in regulated industries.
• Ability to run SQL queries to analyze user data and extract insights.
• Experience with mortgage/fintech infrastructure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end mortgage origination lifecycle—from point of sale to capital markets delivery.
• Onboard and manage 3rd party integrations to scale the platform.
• Leverage AI/LLMs in daily workflow and as part of the solution space.
• Collaborate with engineering, GTM, and Account Management to ensure customer success.
