MeridianLink Mortgage is seeking a strategic Sr. Product Manager to own a defined area of the mortgage lending experience, partnering with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-impact improvements for financial institutions and borrowers.

You will contribute to team strategy across origination workflows, loan pricing/decisioning, API integrations, and digital borrower experiences, leveraging AI/ML and real-time data to improve lending outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of product management experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience with API-integrated software products and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong command of agile methodologies and modern product discovery practices.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with customer empathy.

Responsabilidades

• Own the roadmap for your product area within MeridianLink Mortgage from discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Lead continuous discovery via customer interviews, usage analytics, and partner collaboration to identify high-value problems.
• Write PRDs and user stories with clarity for engineering teams.
• Drive agile delivery ceremonies and maintain a prioritized backlog aligned to OKRs.
• Define and monitor product KPIs to demonstrate business impact.
