Job summary

Pylon is building America's mortgage rails. We seek a Senior Agent PM to own the full origination lifecycle—from point of sale through capital markets delivery—across APIs, decisioning, capital, and compliance.

You will apply AI to accelerate product experiences and drive scalable, modular infra in a fast-moving team. You will partner with engineering, GTM, and account management to ship new loan products, onboard 3rd party integrations, and maintain a culture of rigorous prioritization and

Qualifications

Experience running SQL queries to analyze user data and identify trends.
Strong product leadership with the ability to defend decisions in a regulated environment.
Ability to prioritize across multiple core product areas in a fast-moving fintech context.
Experience building 0-1 enterprise software in regulated industries is highly valued.
Mortgage/fintech domain knowledge or interest is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end experience from point of sale to loan delivery in the origination lifecycle.
Onboard and manage 3rd party integrations with partners.
Leverage AI/LLMs in specs, designs, and solution space to solve problems.
Spec, build, and launch support for new loan products in collaboration with engineering.
Partner with GTM and Account Management teams to ensure customer success.
