Job summary

Pylon is hiring a Senior Agent PM to own end-to-end experience across the mortgage origination lifecycle, from point of sale to capital markets delivery. You’ll influence APIs, decisioning, capital, compliance, and borrower experiences on a vertically integrated platform.

We expect 4+ years in software, strong regulated-industry product experience, and the ability to work with 3rd party integrations and AI-enabled tooling to accelerate outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software (PM/engineer)
• Experience building 0-1 enterprise software in regulated industries
• Ability to understand mortgage value chain
• Experience conducting user research using various methods
• Ability to run SQL queries to analyze user data
• Experience creating wireframes/workflows using Figma or similar tools
• Strong design sense and collaboration with designers
• Ability to manage strategic partners
• Experience with mortgage products and/or fintech infrastructure preferred

Responsibilities

• Be a visionary builder with a clear view of scalable, modular origination infrastructure from sale to capital markets.
• Challenge conventions and the status quo to find optimal approaches.
• Onboard and manage numerous 3rd party integrations.
• Leverage AI and LLMs in daily work and as part of the solution space.
• Partner with engineering with strong feedback loops and specs.
• Spec, build, and launch support for new loan products.
• Partner with GTM and Account Management to support deals and customer success.
