Job summary

MeridianLink Mortgage is seeking a strategic Sr. Product Manager to own a defined area of the mortgage lending experience. You’ll partner with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-impact improvements for financial institutions and borrowers.

You will drive discovery, write crisp PRDs and user stories, lead agile ceremonies, define KPIs, and ensure platform coherence while exploring AI/ML and API-driven enhancements to stay ahead in fintech.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years of product management in fintech or related field.
Own discovery, define scope, and deliver end-to-end product outcomes.
Write clear PRDs and user stories for engineering teams to implement.
Lead agile ceremonies and maintain a prioritized backlog aligned to OKRs.
Define and monitor product KPIs to demonstrate business impact.

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap for a defined MeridianLink Mortgage product area.
Conduct customer interviews and analyze usage data to identify high-value problems.
Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Sales, and Compliance to align delivery.
Translate customer needs into requirements and actionable stories.
Drive API-extensibility and AI/ML-enabled decisioning where appropriate.
