Job summary

MeridianLink Mortgage is seeking a strategic, technically fluent Sr. Product Manager to own a defined area of the mortgage lending experience.

You will partner with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-impact improvements for financial institutions and borrowers. You will drive discovery and delivery, write clear PRDs, manage backlogs and KPIs, and collaborate across product areas to ensure platform coherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of product management experience
• Experience managing API-integrated software products with multiple stakeholder groups
• Strong command of agile methodologies and modern product discovery practices
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Deep customer empathy and ability to translate insights into shipped improvements

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for your product area within MeridianLink Mortgage from discovery through delivery and iteration
• Lead continuous discovery via customer interviews, usage analytics, and partner collaboration to identify high-value problems
• Write clear PRDs and user stories to give engineering teams clarity
• Drive agile delivery ceremonies and maintain a prioritized backlog aligned to OKRs
• Define and monitor product KPIs and demonstrate business impact
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coherence across product areas and platform-level decisions
• Contribute to team strategy and broader Mortgage product roadmap
• Champion API-first design and AI/ML-enabled capabilities in the product area
