Job summary

Lower is building a unified homeownership platform that combines real estate, mortgage lending, technology, and local expertise. We seek a Senior Product Manager to own the Borrower Experience workstream, guiding an end-to-end, self-serve loan journey in a hybrid, in-market setting with potential remote collaboration.

You will write detailed requirements for a cross-functional team, drive a roadmap to improve conversion, and regularly present strategy and progress to executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience across consumer-facing or data-driven products.
• Track record of defining MVP scope and sequencing a roadmap in phases.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to define and track success metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to interface with executives and technical teams.
• Fintech, mortgage, or real estate industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy for the borrower experience, translating vision into a sequenced roadmap.
• Prioritize the roadmap using customer data, market context, and business goals.
• Build and maintain alignment across engineering, design, data, and other stakeholders.
• Make sound tradeoffs with incomplete data and evolving systems in collaboration with teams and vendors.
• Proactively unblock the cross-functional team and define success by outcomes, not just shipped features.
