Job summary

Spectraforce is seeking a hands-on Program Manager for Monetization Partnerships to lead a third-party paid support go-to-market program. You will translate strategy into a managed partner pipeline, compelling sales materials, coordinated outreach, and partner conversions.

This remote role (work location: Remote or onsite in Miami, Boston, or NYC) requires steering cross-functional teams, managing forecasts, and delivering status updates with clear recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program management, partner management, GTM, or consulting.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience tracking sales/partner pipelines and forecasting.
• Experience creating executive presentations and sales materials.
• Strong written and verbal communication of status, risks, and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage partner pipeline with forecasts and conversion targets.
• Validate and prioritize prospective partners based on spend, client volume, and demand.
• Create tailored pitch decks, one-pagers, comparatives, FAQs, and objections materials.
• Coordinate regional pitches with Partners and capture pricing feedback across regions including India and LATAM.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops and Legal on partner contracts and multi-client arrangements.
• Track risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies; escalate blockers with recommendations.
• Produce weekly status updates and monthly reviews on pipeline and revenue vs plan.
• Develop and maintain playbooks and operating procedures for the partner program.
