Job summary

Everforth Apex seeks a seasoned Program Manager III to lead go-to-market initiatives for a third-party paid support program. You will translate business strategies into active partner pipelines, craft sales enablement materials, and coordinate outreach to drive partner conversions.

You will collaborate with Strategy, Operations, and Legal teams to align staffing, SLAs, and revenue forecasts. This fully remote role supports Americas time zones for a twelve-month engagement.

Qualifications

• College degree required, engineering specialty preferred.
• Five+ years of experience in program management, partner management, go-to-market strategy, or management consulting.
• Proficient in program management tools, pipeline tracking methodologies, and executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage partner sales pipeline with weekly forecasts.
• Validate and prioritize prospective partners using key metrics.
• Create tailored commercial assets (pitch decks, one-pagers, FAQs).
• Coordinate global partner pitches with Strategic Partner Managers and regional feedback (India, Latin America).
• Align partnerships, sales, and operations on staffing, SLAs, revenue forecasts, and actions.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops and Legal on partner contracts across multiple clients.
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies with mitigation actions.
• Produce weekly status updates and monthly business reviews.
