Job summary

Tailored Management is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a third-party partner go-to-market program for enterprise paid support services. The role focuses on translating strategy into execution by building and managing partner pipelines, creating sales enablement materials, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to drive partner adoption and conversion.

The ideal candidate will have extensive program management, partner management, GTM, or management consulting experience,

Qualifications

5+ years in program/partner management or GTM consulting.
Experience leading cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
Experience forecasting pipelines and managing partner pipelines.
Bachelor's degree; engineering background preferred.

Responsibilities

Build and manage partner pipelines with forecasting and conversion tracking.
Develop executive presentations, sales decks, and FAQs.
Coordinate partner pitches with cross-functional teams.
Align capacity, SLAs, forecasts, and program deliverables with Sales/Operations.
Track risks, issues, and provide actionable mitigations.
Prepare weekly updates and monthly business reviews.
