Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the delivery of network capabilities for the US Air Force, owning day-to-day program execution including cost, schedule, technical performance, quality and customer satisfaction.

This role interfaces with the program office, industry partners, and mission stakeholders, aligning to Leidos Defense and delivering mission software, networks and enabling technologies across classification levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or a Master’s with 10+ years.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required with willingness to obtain CI polygraph and program access.
• Demonstrated success managing development programs with full cost, schedule, and technical accountability.
• Familiarity with Cloud and Edge Computing, Networks, Tactical Communications, Data Management, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, and C4ISR.
• Experience briefing senior internal and external stakeholders and leading multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability for program execution including cost, schedule, baseline, risk, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead delivery of network capabilities including design, deployment and integration of global infrastructure.
• Manage the program financial baseline with EAC/ETC, monthly reviews, variance analysis, and staffing plans.
• Communicate with leadership and customers to ensure transparency and shared goals.
• Own risk management including mitigation planning and escalation of issues affecting cost or schedule.
