Job summary

InnoActive Group seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead highly complex capital projects and buildouts in confidential R&D, laboratory, and mission-critical environments in the San Francisco Bay Area.

The role oversees planning through commissioning, coordinating with internal stakeholders, design teams, contractors, engineers, and specialty consultants to ensure delivery on time and within budget. This is an urgent hire for a highly visible, technically demanding program.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience delivering complex capital projects/technical facilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience delivering R&D labs, data centers, or mission-critical facilities with strong MEP focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex R&D, laboratory, data center, and technical facility projects from planning through turnover.
• Manage projects with significant MEP, controls, and infrastructure scope.
• Oversee buildouts involving specialized equipment and operational requirements.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, GC, trades, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, risk, and change management.
