Scott Humphrey Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead mission-critical construction projects in a fast-paced, onsite role. You will guide project teams, coordinate with Superintendents and trade partners, and resolve complex challenges in real time to keep schedules and budgets on track.

This position requires 8–10+ years of GC PM experience, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction, and strong leadership, client management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead mission-critical construction projects from preconstruction through turnover
• Maintain a consistent onsite presence and provide leadership across all project activities

• Lead Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers
• Manage client relationships and serve as primary point of contact
• Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cost reporting, contracts, procurement, buyout, and change management
• Lead onsite OAC, subcontractor and internal project meetings
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, design teams, consultants and project stakeholders
• Oversee long-lead equipment, complex MEP coordination, and critical milestones
• Identify project risks early and drive timely solutions
• Ensure the project meets financial, schedule, safety, quality and client expectations

We're partnering with a leading national general contractor to hire an experienced Senior Project Manager for large-scale mission-critical construction projects.

This opportunity is ideal for a field-focused Senior PM who enjoys being onsite, leading project teams, working closely with Superintendents and trade partners, and resolving complex construction challenges in real time. You'll provide overall project leadership while remaining closely connected to daily field operations.

What You'll Do:

• Lead mission-critical construction projects from preconstruction through turnover
• Maintain a consistent onsite presence and provide leadership across all project activities
• Partner directly with Superintendents to manage safety, quality, sequencing, and schedule
• Lead Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers
• Manage client relationships and serve as a primary point of contact throughout the project
• Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cost reporting, contracts, procurement, buyout, and change management
• Lead onsite OAC, subcontractor, and internal project meetings

What We're Looking For:

• 8-10+ years of construction project management experience with a general contractor
• Proven experience leading large or technically complex construction projects
• Strong experience working onsite alongside field teams and trade partners
• Experience with data centers, mission-critical facilities, advanced manufacturing, industrial, healthcare, or similarly complex projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of project financials, scheduling, procurement, contracts, buyout, and change management
• Design-build experience is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field required
• Strong leadership, client-management, communication, and problem-solving skills
