Job summary

National General Contractor | Mission Critical Data Centers is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale data center projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover. You will manage project teams, risk, safety, schedule and budget to deliver facilities with zero tolerance for failure.

Ideal candidates bring data center / mission-critical experience, proven PM leadership, and hands-on coordination of MEP systems, with strong knowledge of Procore, Primavera P6 and

Qualifications

• Data center / mission-critical experience required.
• A mix of industrial, mission-critical and data center construction is also preferable.
• Proven experience managing major construction projects as a Project Manager.
• General Contractor/Subcontractors experience strongly preferred.
• Understanding of MEP systems and construction coordination.
• Experience managing major subcontractors and multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Experience with commissioning, turnover and early operational requirements.
• Experience with platforms such as Procore, Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.
• Manage commercial and technical risk and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.
• Coordinate thousands of activities while maintaining focus on safety, quality, schedule and operational readiness.
• Deliver hyperscale and mission-critical data center facilities.
• Collaborate with owners, designers, consultants and trade partners.
