Job description

We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager for a large-scale mission critical project located just north of Philadelphia.

This individual will lead day-to-day project execution from preconstruction through turnover with a major focus on core and shell construction, structural components, site coordination, scheduling, subcontractor management, cost control, and overall project delivery on a complex, high-profile build.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Strong mission critical / data center construction experience
• Extensive background managing core and shell packages and structural scopes
• Ability to manage fast-paced schedules and client-facing responsibilities
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive project teams and subcontractors
