Job summary

Worldwidemissioncritical is seeking a Project Manager (PM) to act as the Owner’s Representative for mission critical data center construction projects. The PM will manage design, procurement, and contractors, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in construction project management, strong computing skills, and the ability to facilitate communication between various stakeholders, including contractors and company leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in construction/project management role.
• Experience with construction contract administration.
• Ability to motivate Contractor to accomplish Owner and project goals.

Responsibilities

• Act as Owner’s representative for construction of data centers.
• Monitor daily construction activities and report on progress.
• Manage contract processes including RFIs and change orders.
