Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation seeks a Project Manager for a mission-critical data center project. You will own execution from preconstruction through closeout, handling budget, schedule, and coordination with subcontractors.

You will work with ownership and client teams in a fast-moving environment, ensuring RFIs, submittals, and procurement meet aggressive timelines and quality standards. Previous data center experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience with data center, mission-critical, or large-scale industrial projects.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management skills.
• Ability to interface with ownership/client teams on high-visibility builds.

We're partnering with a national general contractor with a growing data center construction portfolio to identify a Project Manager for a new mission-critical project.

What you'll do:

Own project execution from preconstruction through closeout — budget, schedule, subcontractor coordination, and owner/client relations. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement across MEP-heavy scopes. Partner closely with the superintendent and project executive to keep the job on schedule and on budget in a fast-moving mission-critical environment.

What we're looking for:

5+ years of commercial construction PM experience, ideally with data center, mission-critical, or large-scale industrial project exposure. Strong command of scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management. Comfortable working directly with ownership/client teams on a high-visibility build.

Compensation: Competitive base + bonus, commensurate with experience.
