Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Advanced Facilities Group in Indiana. You will lead safety culture, manage preconstruction activities, and coordinate with stakeholders to drive successful delivery on large Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center, and Semiconductor projects.

The role requires 5+ years of construction management experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong skills in budgeting, lean methods, scheduling, and project software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 5+ years construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and mentor staff.
• Manage prestart process and bid package development.
• Coordinate preconstruction activities: quantity takeoff, scope review.
• Oversee buyout scheduling, subcontractor pricing & change management.
• Manage submittal schedules and ensure timely responses.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across project lifecycle.
• Lead monthly reviews, cost/margin forecast, and budget oversight.
• Closeout process and interface with legal counsel as needed.
