Job summary

Summit Line Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high‑voltage transmission and distribution construction projects across the country. You will manage planning, scheduling, budgeting, staffing, subcontractors, safety, and quality to ensure successful project delivery.

The role requires 5–7 years of PM experience in electrical construction, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong Excel/project software skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of project management in high-voltage transmission/distribution or related electrical construction.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; PMP preferred.
• Strong Excel and project software proficiency; effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, directing, and coordinating high-voltage transmission and distribution construction projects across the country.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, staffing, and subcontractor management; ensure safety and quality.
• Prepare and manage SOVs, invoicing, and progress reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate pre-construction efforts including bid review and planning.
• Mentor and develop junior project staff; lead meetings and drive collaboration.
