Job summary

Dashiell is seeking a Project Manager to lead turnkey construction of high voltage electrical substations and transmission lines. The role focuses on planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from inception to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery in a dynamic field environment.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s in Electrical or Civil Engineering, 10 years in related fields, and strong budgeting, leadership, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil Engineering, or equivalent is required.
• Professional Registration is preferred.
• 10 years experience in the design, construction, or operations of substations and/or transmission lines is required.
• 10 years of experience in the supervision/management of budgets and work groups is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the cost, schedule, safety, quality and completion of construction projects.
• Coordinate work with Purchasing to ensure material is expedited and received as needed.
• Manage multiple project teams.
• Prepare and maintain cash flows, monthly billing, and change orders.
• Prepare and maintain monthly construction progress reports and re-projections.
• Resolve inter-group conflicts and delays to meet goals.
