Job summary

Dashiell in Cary, NC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee high voltage electrical projects. You will be responsible for planning, execution, and monitoring of projects involving substations and transmission lines.

The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and have 10 years of experience in related fields. This role includes managing multiple teams, ensuring project success, and coordinating materials efficiently.

Qualifications

• 10 years experience in the design, construction, or operations of substations and/or transmission lines required.
• 10 years of experience in managing budgets and work groups strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for cost, schedule, safety, and quality of construction projects.
• Coordinate with Purchasing for timely delivery of materials.
• Manage multiple project teams.
• Prepare and maintain cash flows and monthly billing for projects.
• Resolve project conflicts and delays as required.
